Position Summary

Terrasmart is seeking a Project Coordinator to support the successful planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects. This role works closely with Project Managers and Construction Managers to coordinate materials, resources, documentation, and communication to ensure projects stay on schedule, within scope, and on budget.

What You'll Do

• Support day-to-day project coordination, materials tracking, and resource scheduling.
• Assist with cost reporting, file organization, and electronic documentation using established naming conventions.
• Work with internal teams, field personnel, and external partners to keep projects moving efficiently.
• Identify potential issues early and help drive resolutions.
• Utilize tools such as Excel, Outlook, Epicor, Procore, Salesforce, and other project systems.
• Complete required training and uphold all company, state, and federal compliance standards.
  
  

What You Bring

• Associate degree in Business, Construction Management, or related field preferred but not required.
• 2 years of project coordination experience.
• Experience with Procore or Epicor a plus.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Work Environment

Onsite, office-based role with limited travel (5% ).

This is a fully onsite position. Only candidates who currently live within a daily commutable distance of Fort Myers Florida will be considered for this opportunity.
