We are seeking an experienced Civil Foreman to lead field crews performing earthwork and structural construction activities. This working foreman role is responsible for daily supervision, production tracking, and maintaining safety, quality, and productivity.
What Youll Do
- Supervise and direct daily crew activities.
- Coordinate manpower, equipment, and materials.
- Ensure work is completed according to plans and specifications.
- Track production and report daily quantities and progress.
- Maintain job site safety, quality, and schedule performance.
- Communicate with project management and other supervisors.
- Perform hands-on work as needed to support operations.
