Full Time/Remote with ability to come to the client’s San Francisco office quarterly.
Responsibilities
Responsible for coordinating and managing the day-to-day services and needs of client’s employees related to the immigration and mobility program that will be managed in partnership between client and Gibney.
Account Production and Process Management

This role manages the full lifecycle of all U.S. immigration cases — gathering employee and corporate information, reviewing documentation, coordinating petition preparation with government agencies and Gibney, and tracking each case through completion.

They serve as the primary quality and process partner between Gibney and the client, sharing feedback and recommending workflow improvements to ensure a smooth and compliant experience.

The role also supports employee engagement by developing clear communications on travel, visa updates, and immigration trends, and by helping deliver town halls and information sessions to keep employees informed and confident throughout the process.
Training

Act as the primary liaison to Gibney to ensure their services align with the client’s needs and support efficient case processing.

Provide onboarding and training for new People team members and others involved in immigration workflows to ensure consistent, accurate execution.
Expense Tracking

Understand existing fee agreements and billing practices, ensuring all cases are opened and completed in line with agreed objectives. Provide timely updates to the client on spend and anticipated changes, enabling accurate budgeting for immigration-related projects.
Reporting and Database Management

Oversee all reporting and database management in both the client and Gibney. Track by reviewing case-status reports, monitoring timelines, and ensuring employees receive clear, ongoing updates about their cases.

Prepare and validate monthly status reports and trend insights for key foreign national populations.

Track visa and status expiration dates, meeting with employees as needed to ensure they understand next steps.

Regularly audit data to confirm accurate entry by attorneys and paralegals, addressing gaps to maintain a clean, reliable online portal for the client.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- At least 2 years’ experience in employment-based immigration services
Salary : $110,000 - $140,000
