Position Overview
This role combines serving tables and craft bartending, so versatility and efficiency are key. You’ll be responsible for delivering top-tier service while also creating high-quality cocktails and maintaining a smooth bar operation.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent, attentive service to all guests
- Prepare and serve craft cocktails, beer, and wine with consistency and quality
- Manage a section of tables while also tending bar when needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of bar and service areas
- Handle cash, tabs, and POS transactions accurately
- Assist with inventory counts every two weeks
- Work closely with team members to ensure smooth operations
- Adapt quickly to changing volume and service demands
- Uphold all health, safety, and liquor regulations
Requirements
- Previous bartending experience (craft cocktail knowledge preferred)
- Serving experience in a fast-paced environment
- Must have (or be able to obtain):
- Valid Liquor License
- Food Handler’s Card
- ServSafe Certification (preferred)
