Position Requirements include, but are not limited to:
- At least 1 year of experience in retail and customer service.
- Experience as an assistant store manager or shift leader is preferred.
- Proficient in completing sales transactions and managing a cash register.
- Experience receiving and organizing inventory according to company standards is preferred.
- Responsible for maintaining store appearance, including stock levels and merchandising.
- Willingness to train and motivate team members to achieve company goals is preferred.
- Ability to handle difficult customer or workplace situations with professionalism and composure.
- A flexible schedule, including availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Valid driver's license with the ability to drive on a daily basis.
- Eligible to work in the United States.

Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift items up to 25 lbs.
