Responsibilities
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with existing clients while identifying new business opportunities .
- Lead negotiations to secure favorable terms, contracts, and renewals that align with client needs
- Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to craft tailored solutions that meet client requirements and enhance customer satisfaction
- Manage the entire renewal cycle on Farm and personal accounts
- Track interactions, analyze client data, and forecast future sales opportunities
- Conduct regular analysis of account performance, market trends, and competitor activity to inform alternate quotes
- Provide leadership within the team by sharing insights, best practices, and supporting colleagues in achieving collective targets
Qualifications
- Proven experience in account management or sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Strong negotiation skills complemented by excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Demonstrated success in customer service
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM platforms for managing client information
- Knowledge of marketing strategies and how they integrate into sales processes
