The Youth Program Director serves as the top authority at camp, ensuring structured programming, safe play, and professional execution.
Core Duties:
Direct all on-field activities and staff assignments
Ensure compliance with safety and supervision standards
Provide real-time coaching feedback to instructors
Maintain equipment organization and site logistics
Deliver a high-quality, organized camp experience
Preferred Experience:
Youth development leadership background
Coaching or playing experience in baseball/softball
Experience supervising multiple staff members
Strong administrative and communication skills
Commitment: 10 weeks | Monday–Friday Pay: $1,400–$1,650 per week
