E-Commerce Fulfillment Specialist

Pay Range: $12.00 – $15.00/hr (based on experience)

Position Overview:
The E-Commerce Fulfillment Specialist plays a key role in ensuring our customers receive their orders quickly, accurately, and professionally. This role requires someone detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable working in a warehouse environment with a variety of tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail while working efficiently
- Work independently and also collaborate effectively with the team
- Communicate clearly with management and team members
- Use warehouse tools such as ladders and pallet jacks safely
- Stand for most of the shift and assist with general warehouse tasks
- Make boxes and assist with stocking, organizing, and housekeeping when order volume is low
- Learn and use e-commerce and warehouse software comfortably
- Follow all procedures and ensure orders meet quality standards
- Support additional responsibilities as assigned
Preferred Experience:
- Previous fulfillment, warehouse, or e-commerce experience
- Familiarity with vape or smoke shop products (preferred but not required)
