- Maintain food safety and sanitation standards by keeping the salad bar area clean, organized, and compliant with health guidelines.
- Provide courteous customer service by answering questions, assisting with product selection, and restocking as needed.
- Execute all production planning
- High school diploma or equivalent experience preferred
- 1-3 years of progressive experience in prepared food, retail, or food service
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Commitment to providing excellent customer service
- Attention to detail
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Must meet minimum age requirements in accordance with federal, state, and local laws.
- Flexibility to work a retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Fast-paced retail grocery store.
- Frequent interaction with customers and team members.
- May involve exposure to varying temperatures (e.g., near entrance or refrigerated areas).
