- Customer Service & Sales - Assist customers with deli orders, provide product information, and ensure a friendly, efficient shopping experience.
- Food Preparation & Merchandising - Slice meats and cheeses, prepare deli items, stock displays, and maintain appealing product presentation.
- Safety & Sanitation - Follow all food safety guidelines, keep work areas clean, and properly handle, store, and label products.
- High school diploma or equivalent experience preferred
- Oral and written communication skills
- Commitment to providing excellent customer service
- Attention to detail
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Must meet minimum age requirements in accordance with federal, state, and local laws.
- Flexibility to work a retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Fast-paced retail grocery store.
- Frequent interaction with customers and team members.
- May involve exposure to varying temperatures (e.g., near entrance or refrigerated areas).
Salary : $15 - $18
