We are looking for a pleasant Overnight Front Desk Associate to undertake all receptionist and clerical duties at the desk . You will be the “face” of the company for all visitors and are responsible for the first impression we will make. The ideal candidate will have a friendly and easy going personality, while being comfortable working as a team. Competence in dealing with complaints and giving information as well as a customer-oriented approach are essential. The goal is to make our members and visitors feel comfortable and valued while on our premises.
Responsibilities
- Keep front desk and the facility tidy and presentable
- Greet guests and welcome them into the fitness center
- Answer questions, address complaints and give accurate information
- Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep and distribute messages
- Contact members to inform them of account issues and resolve them
- Perform tours of facility for potential new members and transmit membership options
- Handle point-of-sale activities for memberships and other items
- Complete and renew membership agreements
- Assist members in need of assistance with their membership
- Take up other duties as assigned if needed (stocking, cleaning, and clerical duties)
Hours -->
$16.00/hr
Hours: Mon-Thurs (4 overnights per week)
11pm-7am
Knowledge in ABC Financial a PLUS.
