Gianna Homes is a well-established, mission-driven senior care organization serving the Twin Cities for over 26 years. We are growing our home care division and expanding awareness of our residential care homes, and we’re looking for a relationship-driven marketer who thrives on connection, purpose, and results.
This is not a desk job. This is a community-facing, relationship-building role where you will be the face of Gianna Homes in the west metro.
What You’ll Do (This is where you’ll shine):
- Build and grow referral relationships with hospitals, clinics, senior living communities, social workers, and local organizations
- Actively network in the community (events, coffees, drop-ins, church connections, etc.)
- Represent Gianna Homes & Gianna HomeCare with warmth, professionalism, and passion
- Help drive new resident and home care leads through meaningful relationships
- Coordinate and support tours, outreach events, and follow-ups
- Identify new opportunities to grow awareness in Minnetonka, Plymouth, Wayzata, Maple Grove, and surrounding areas
- Track outreach efforts and help shape our local marketing strategy
Who You Are:
- A natural connector who loves meeting people and building relationships
- Self-driven and energized by getting out in the community (not sitting behind a desk)
- Experienced in marketing, sales, healthcare outreach, or relationship-based roles
- Passionate about serving seniors and families
- Organized, reliable, and able to work independently
- Bonus: Experience in senior care, home care, or healthcare

Compensation & Schedule:
- 15–20 hours per week (weekday flexibility)
- $35–$50/hour based on experience
