We are seeking compassionate and reliable CNAs to join our team
Schedule: Varying schedules based on client needs – 4-hour minimum shifts
Average 4 – 24 hours a week
Weekends as needed – Vary by Client needs
Pay Rate & Benefits:
- $22 – $26 per hour

Location: Western Suburbs – Golden Valley, Edina, Minnetonka, Plymouth, Deephaven, Wayzata, Excelsior, Maple Grove, Corcoran, Eden Prairie
Key Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Provide one-on-one care in a client's home or place of residence
- Provide care and assistance with activities of daily living including but not limited to:
- Bathing, Grooming, Dressing
- Toileting and incontinence care
- Assistance with mobility/transfers
- Meal and Snack preparation and feeding
- Medication assistance
- Monitor and record client's physical condition, behavioral changes, and medication use
- Report changes in the client's condition to the RN
- Perform light household chores such as laundry and housekeeping
- Provide companionship and emotional support to the client
- Respect the client's rights and maintain confidentiality
- Provide transportation to assist with client errands, grocery shopping, and as requested/needed
- Other duties as needed and assigned
- Retain correct and accurate documentation of services provided
- Responsibilities vary based on company and client needs.
Requirements and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- CNA certification (preferred)
- 1 year of experience working with older adults
- 1 year caregiving experience
- Successful completion of a criminal background study
- Valid Driver's License
- Reliable vehicle for transportation and valid auto insurance
