NOW HIRING — SENIOR WAREHOUSE MANAGER

GIA Group Inc. is seeking an experienced and highly capable Senior Warehouse Manager to take full responsibility for our daily warehouse operations.

We are looking for a hands-on leader who can effectively manage employees, inventory, receiving, shipping, warehouse organization, safety, and overall operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee all daily warehouse operations
• Supervise, train, schedule, and evaluate warehouse employees
• Manage receiving, storage, picking, loading, and shipping operations
• Maintain accurate inventory and investigate inventory discrepancies
• Conduct regular physical inventory counts
• Improve warehouse layout, workflow, and operational efficiency
• Coordinate truck loading, unloading, and delivery schedules
• Maintain high standards for warehouse cleanliness and safety
• Establish and enforce warehouse procedures and employee responsibilities
• Reduce product loss, damage, waste, and unnecessary operating costs
• Prepare regular inventory and warehouse performance reports for management
• Quickly identify and resolve operational problems
• Work closely with company ownership and management

Preferred Qualifications:

• 5 years of warehouse management experience
• Strong leadership and employee-management experience
• Strong inventory-control and organizational skills
• Experience managing a warehouse team and daily operations independently
• Knowledge of warehouse management systems and basic computer applications
• Forklift and warehouse safety experience
• Experience with food distribution, refrigerated products, frozen products, or cold-storage warehouses is strongly preferred
• Bilingual English/Chinese or English/Spanish is a plus, but not required

This is not an office-only management position. We need someone who is willing to be on the warehouse floor, lead the team, solve problems, maintain inventory accuracy, and take ownership of warehouse performance.
