Pressure Washing Technician — Part-Time
$20/hour Performance Incentives
Schedule: Monday-Saturday (each PT Technician will work 2-3 days) | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Incentives: 5% of sales from jobs completed 10% of technician-generated upsells
Growth: Opportunity to advance to full-time, Lead Technician, and supervisory roles
The Role
G.I. Pressure Washing Guy is looking for a dependable, mechanically inclined Pressure Washing Technician who can do more than just operate a pressure washer.
We need someone who is comfortable working outdoors, operating professional equipment, troubleshooting problems in the field, and making good decisions without constant supervision.
Pressure washing experience is a plus, but it's not required. Mechanical aptitude, problem-solving ability, reliability, and confidence around equipment are more important. We'll teach you our cleaning processes.
What You'll Do
- Perform residential and light commercial pressure washing and soft washing.
- Set up, operate, troubleshoot, and break down professional cleaning equipment.
- Diagnose basic issues involving pumps, engines, hoses, fittings, water flow, and chemical systems.
- Evaluate job-site conditions and adjust your approach when necessary.
- Safely handle cleaning chemicals, ladders, tools, and PPE.
- Protect customer property and landscaping throughout each job.
- Perform basic equipment inspections and preventative maintenance.
- Communicate professionally with customers and identify appropriate upsell opportunities.
- Inspect completed work and take ownership of delivering a great finished product.
What We're Looking For
- Clean driving record and confidence driving a company vehicle and trailer.
- Mechanically inclined with strong troubleshooting skills.
- Comfortable learning and operating equipment independently.
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work the scheduled Tuesday/Thursday/Saturday shifts.
- Good judgment and attention to detail.
- Professional and comfortable interacting with customers.
- Able to perform physically demanding outdoor work in Houston-area conditions, including lifting equipment, pulling hoses, climbing ladders, bending, and prolonged standing.
Experience in pressure washing, landscaping, construction, maintenance, mechanical work, equipment operation, industrial work, or the military is helpful but not required.
