Now Hiring: Facilities Engineer
We are seeking an experienced Facilities Engineer to support the maintenance and operations of multiple healthcare facilities. This role is responsible for maintaining building systems, coordinating repairs, and ensuring our facilities remain safe, compliant, and operational.

Exempt or Non-Exempt: Non-Exempt
Hourly or Salaried: Hourly
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Perform maintenance and repairs for electrical, HVAC, plumbing, mechanical, and building systems
- Conduct preventative maintenance and regulatory inspections
- Coordinate and oversee vendors and contractors
- Support facility improvement projects and repairs
- Maintain work orders, inspection logs, and maintenance documentation
- Assist with safety inspections and emergency preparedness efforts
- All other duties as assigned
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum 3 years of facilities maintenance or plant operations experience
- Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, boilers, generators, and building systems
- Ability to troubleshoot issues and prioritize repairs
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Must provide own tools required to perform job duties
- Must have reliable transportation/work truck to travel between multiple facility locations as needed
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience working in healthcare or multi-site facilities
- Familiarity with CMS, OSHA, or healthcare compliance standards
- AAAHC survey/regulatory experience
- Safety leadership and/or quality improvement experience

ENVIRONMENTAL WORKING CONDITIONS:
- Non-Clinical – Typical office working environment conditions with some lifting requirements of up to 50 lbs. This position requires the ability to access all areas of the organization which could mean minimal exposure to potentially hazardous working environments.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour
