Job Description
- Provide scheduled patient services under the direct supervision and responsibility of a physician in an outpatient clinic setting
- Complete patient histories and physicals
- Determine tentative diagnosis and order appropriate laboratory tests
- Counsel patient and family on health and disease
- Participate in all continuing education, training, and other requirements to remain in good standing for credentialing purposes at assigned medical facilities
- Work flexible schedule as dictated by business needs and operations
- Perform other duties as assigned
- No call or hospital responsibilities
- Base salary plus bonus potential
- Med/Den/Vis, LTD, Life Insurance
- PTO and CME (days and dollars)
- License reimbursement
- State Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- Gastrointestinal experience preferred
