• Shift: 8-hour days, 5 shifts per week

Job Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of current experience in Case Management
• At least one previous 13-week travel assignment
• BLS certification from American Heart Association, American Health and Safety, or American Red Cross
• Experience with EPIC EMR system required

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage patient care across various departments
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures
• Adapt to a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
• Float to other areas as needed within the scope of practice
