We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Electrophysiology (EP) Lab Registered Nurse for a 13-week travel assignment. Job Details
- Estimated Weekly Pay: $2100 - $2250
- Duration: 13 weeks
- Shift: 8-Hr Days, Mon-Fri (7a-3p)
- Start Date: April 7, 2025
- Minimum 2 years of experience in electrophysiology
- Previous experience in cath lab or special procedure area
- Proficiency in conscious sedation, scrubbing, circulating, and monitoring is a plus
- Current RN license in the state of practice or covered by compact
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- ARRT or RCIS certification required
- Perform and support image acquisition, image processing, and data acquisition during invasive procedures
- Assist physician operator and invasive team with equipment such as microclips, pacemakers, AICD, ablations, Watchman, and loop recorders
- Conduct and analyze initial and ongoing patient assessments
- Create, implement, and evaluate patient care plans
- Administer medications safely and effectively
- Coordinate patient care across hospital departments
- Act as a patient safety advocate and participate in quality improvement initiatives
- Function independently as a scrub nurse and circulator
- Participate in the on-call system for emergency and urgent procedures
