We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Electrophysiology (EP) Lab Registered Nurse for a 13-week travel assignment. Job Details

• Estimated Weekly Pay: $2100 - $2250
• Duration: 13 weeks
• Shift: 8-Hr Days, Mon-Fri (7a-3p)
• Start Date: April 7, 2025

Job Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in electrophysiology
• Previous experience in cath lab or special procedure area
• Proficiency in conscious sedation, scrubbing, circulating, and monitoring is a plus
• Current RN license in the state of practice or covered by compact
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• ARRT or RCIS certification required

Responsibilities

• Perform and support image acquisition, image processing, and data acquisition during invasive procedures
• Assist physician operator and invasive team with equipment such as microclips, pacemakers, AICD, ablations, Watchman, and loop recorders
• Conduct and analyze initial and ongoing patient assessments
• Create, implement, and evaluate patient care plans
• Administer medications safely and effectively
• Coordinate patient care across hospital departments
• Act as a patient safety advocate and participate in quality improvement initiatives
• Function independently as a scrub nurse and circulator
• Participate in the on-call system for emergency and urgent procedures
