GHR Education has an exciting opportunity for a Case Manager!
Case Manager Job Details:
- Location: Traveling through Middlesex County
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, Make your own schedule
- Pay: $24/hr (weekly pay benefits; W2 employer)
- Start date: ASAP
- Objective: We are looking for a compassionate Case Manager to support individuals under New Jersey's guardianship. The role includes conducting in-person visits to clients in homes, hospitals, and nursing facilities, and attending court hearings.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in social work or similar field
- Experience working with vulnerable populations, healthcare, or social services.
- Familiarity with guardianship laws and legal processes in New Jersey (or willingness to learn).
- Strong communication, advocacy, and organizational skills.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for travel to client locations and court hearings.
This role requires empathy, flexibility, and a commitment to upholding the dignity and rights of those under guardianship while navigating complex care and legal systems.
