What You’ll Do:
- Provide 1-on-1 support for a student with special needs
- Encourage academic, social, and behavioral growth
- Assist teachers with classroom activities and student support
- Help students with daily routines, transitions, and personal care needs
- Prepare classroom materials and support instructional activities
- Collaborate with educators and staff to help students thrive
What We’re Looking For:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Experience in Special Education, childcare, education, or a related field preferred
- Ability to assist with toileting and physical care needs
- A patient, dependable, and compassionate team player who enjoys working with children
