Job Details:
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, day shift
- Pay: $23/hr (weekly pay benefits, W2 employer)
- Location: Atglen, PA
- Start Date: ASAP

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Work 1-on-1 with a student with special needs
- Assist, support, and collaborate with teachers, administrators, and other team members to improve student achievement
- Maintain regular and prompt attendance
- Follow the prescribed daily schedule, adjusting to changes as needed
- Reinforce learning for individual students or small groups
- Provide extra assistance to students with exceptionalities, including non-English-speaking students and those with physical or mental disabilities
- Help prepare materials and equipment for instructional activities
- Perform non-instructional duties such as snack time, toileting, class changes, and clothing routines
- Assist substitute teachers when needed
- Foster positive relationships with the principal, teacher, students, parents, staff, and public
- Participate in professional learning and staff development opportunities
- Demonstrate a positive attitude toward work assignments
Job Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- School Setting Special education Experience
- Ability to assist with toileting and physical care
