Key Responsibilities:
Foster a sense of community and belonging among residents
Provide exceptional customer service and respond to resident needs in a timely and professional manner
Perform routine maintenance and repairs to ensure the upkeep of our properties
Collaborate with colleagues to achieve common goals and objectives
Requirements:
1-2 years of experience in property management or a related field
HVAC certification a plus
Ability to communicate effectively and work well in a team environment
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
Ability to pass GHP Maintenance Technician I Test
Physical Requirements:
Regular and physical attendance is required
Ability to frequently move and traverse apartment homes and community
Ability to constantly position self to bend, stoop, reach, lift
Ability to frequently lift/move/carry 25lbs and occasionally lift/move/carry up to 50lbs with/without assistance
