*Leasing Manager $75,000 - $85,000 annually, DOE
*General Manager - Student Housing $100,000 - $120,000 annually, DOE
*Maintenance Technician 1 $23.00-$25.00 per hour, DOE.
*Lead Maintenance Technician - Student Housing $26-$28/hour
*Assist Maintenance Manager $27.00 - $30.00 per hour, DOE plus housing 2X2
*Assistant Community Manager - $22.00 - $23.00 per hour, DOE
*Floating Assistant Community Manager - $26.00 - $28.00 per hour, DOE
*Front Desk Admin Assistant - $18.00 - $19.00 per hour, DOE
