Not another sales role đź‘»
This is a chance to own a vertical, build a book of business, and become the go-to voice in your industry — backed by an AI platform already used by Fortune 500 brands like Burberry & PepsiCo.
Ghost are partnering with a high-profile AI-native brand intelligence platform that just raised $14M and have recently come out of stealth!
They’ve spent the last year building a deeply technical product — not dashboards, but a true system of intelligence that unifies every source of consumer data (research, syndicated data, social signals) into a single, auditable layer for decision-making.
Now they’re building the GTM team.
Why this role is different
You’re not inheriting a territory. You’re building one. Each Brand Account Manager owns a vertical — beauty, food & bev, wellness, CPG, retail, etc. — and operates like a founder within it.
- Own pipeline, outreach, demos, and closing
- Build deep relationships across strategy, insights, and marketing teams
- Expand existing accounts by becoming a true strategic partner
- Shape the product by feeding real industry insights back to the team
- Become the face in your space — content, events, thought leadership
This is equal parts operator, strategist, and builder.
What they’re looking for
- 3–6 years experience
- You’ve worked inside a brand or retailer (this matters)
- Background in one of: beauty, food & bev, wellness, CPG, retail, consumer tech
- Some commercial or revenue exposure (AE, BD, partnerships, etc.)
- Comfortable using AI tools and excited by what’s coming
- High ownership, high curiosity, strong “figure it out” mindset
Who this is perfect for
- Someone who’s been inside a brand and wants to move faster
- A commercial operator who wants more ownership than a typical sales role
- A strategist who wants to actually build something, not just advise
- Someone who cares deeply about a category and wants to become known in it
What to expect
- Proven product with Fortune 500 customers
- Backed by top-tier investors
- Early GTM team — real influence on how the company scales
- NYC-based, fully in-office
If you’re looking for a role where you can own a vertical, build real relationships, and help define how brands use AI to make decisions, this is worth a conversation.
