Position Overview
We are seeking professional full-time housekeeping staff to support private luxury yachts. Experience in private residences, luxury homes, or hotels is highly valued. This role requires strong attention to detail, professionalism, and comfort working in high-end environments with discerning clients.
Responsibilities
- Maintain interior cleanliness of private yachts to luxury standards
- Care for high-end materials, finishes, and furnishings
- Perform detailed cleaning, organizing, and turnover preparation
- Follow safety procedures while working near water and onboard vessels
- Communicate professionally with crew, management, and clients
Qualifications
- Prior housekeeping experience in luxury homes, private residences, or hotels preferred
- English proficiency required (spoken and understood)
- Spanish helpful but not required
- Comfortable boarding and working on private yachts
- Able to work safely near water and on docks
- Professional demeanor, discretion, and reliability
