Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Operations Assistant, located in Pleasant Grove, UT. The Operations Assistant will support daily operations by managing tasks related to operational workflow, tracking and analyzing performance data, and coordinating with team members to ensure efficient processes. Additional responsibilities include handling customer inquiries, supporting operational management, and assisting in maintaining a high standard of service delivery.
