A well-established boutique medical practice is seeking an experienced Practice Manager to oversee daily operations and lead a collaborative, patient-focused team. This is a great opportunity for a hands-on leader who enjoys improving office operations, supporting staff, and creating an exceptional patient experience.
The Practice Manager will oversee the day-to-day administrative and operational functions of the practice, including staff supervision, physician scheduling, insurance processes, and office workflow. This role offers the opportunity to make a visible impact while building a long-term career with a stable specialty practice.
\n- Oversee daily operations and ensure an efficient, well-organized office
- Supervise and support front office and clinical staff
- Coordinate physician scheduling and overall office workflow
- Manage insurance verification, benefits, and claims processing
- Lead administrative processes, office procedures, and monthly staff meetings
- Foster a positive, collaborative team environment
- Help maintain a high-quality patient experience from scheduling through follow-up
- Previous Practice Manager or Medical Office Manager experience
- Experience with insurance verification, benefits, and claims processing
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Hands-on, collaborative management style
- Plastic surgery experience highly preferred; dermatology or other specialty medical practice experience also considered
- QuickBooks and/or Nextech Practice Management experience is a plus
- Stable, boutique medical practice with a collaborative culture
