This role is responsible for identifying funding opportunities, crafting compelling proposals, and managing the full grant lifecycle to support organizational growth and impact.

- Write, edit, and submit high-quality grant proposals and applications
- Manage the full grant lifecycle, including tracking deadlines, submissions, and reporting requirements
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather program data, budgets, and impact metrics
- Maintain a grants calendar and track application status and funding outcomes
- Ensure compliance with grant guidelines and reporting requirements
- Prepare progress reports and stewardship materials for funders
- Assist in developing grant strategies aligned with organizational goals
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Nonprofit Management, or related field
- 2 years of grant writing experience (nonprofit experience preferred)
- Proven track record of securing grant funding
- Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills
- Strong research and organizational abilities
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities
- Familiarity with grant databases and fundraising tools is a plus
