This role plays a key part in maintaining accurate financial records, supporting month-end close, and contributing to continuous process improvements. Key Responsibilities
Prepare and review general ledger entries, account reconciliations, and journal entries
Assist with month-end and year-end close processes in accordance with GAAP
Support financial reporting, including balance sheets, income statements, and internal management reports
Analyze variances and investigate discrepancies related to operating expenses and inventory
Assist with audits, tax preparation support, and compliance reporting
Partner with operations and management to improve accounting processes and internal controls
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, preferred not required
2 years of accounting experience.
Strong understanding of GAAP and general ledger accounting
Proficiency with accounting systems and Excel
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
$60,000 - $75,000 a year
