Senior Financial Analyst

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Senior Financial Analyst to support financial planning, reporting, and decision-making across the organization. The ideal candidate is proactive, skilled in building financial models, and able to translate complex data into clear insights for leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting, including variance analysis and forecasting
• Prepare and maintain complex financial models to support strategic planning and budgeting
• Analyze operational and financial performance, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities
• Partner with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives and provide financial guidance
• Develop presentations and reports for senior leadership
• Support annual budgeting processes and long-term planning cycles
• Assist with ad-hoc analyses, scenario modeling, and business cases
• Ensure accuracy of financial data and support continuous improvement of reporting tools and processes
  
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred
• 4–6 years of progressive financial analysis experience
• Strong proficiency in Excel; experience with financial planning tools and ERP systems a plus
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and data-interpretation skills
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present findings to leadership
• High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
