Pizzeria Manager – Full Time
Location: Fairfax, CA
Schedule: 5–6 days per week, approx. 55 hours
We’re a small, high-volume artisan pizzeria located in the heart of Marin County. Our team takes pride in quality, consistency, and hospitality. We’re looking for a hands-on, experienced manager who can lead both the front of house and kitchen operations. This is a hands-on role — you’ll be managing staff, interacting with guests, and also working the line, especially with dough and pizza making.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Running daily service and maintaining smooth FOH and BOH operations
Handling scheduling, labor control, inventory, and ordering
Leading onboarding and training for new staff
Maintaining and updating the POS system
Supporting the kitchen as needed with prep and pizza line
Ensuring excellent customer service and team communication
Working closely with ownership to meet business goals
Maintaining cleanliness, safety, and food handling standards
What We’re Looking For:
Must have front-of-house experience; back-of-house experience preferred
Pizza experience is a strong plus (dough, line work, prep)
Strong leadership and communication skills
Organized, dependable, and able to work under pressure
Willing to jump in where needed and manage labor efficiently
A team player who treats the business with respect
Understands the importance of superior customer service and highest standards of pizza and all menu items.
