Position Summary
This is a full-time position of Outreach Coordinator which supports the Public Outreach team by communicating, implementing, and coordinating the various community outreach activities and services for local and governmental agencies. The position reports directly to the Senior Outreach Manager.

While performing the duties of this job, the associate is regularly required to sit for up to 6 to 8 hours per day. The associate frequently is required to use hands to finger, handle, or feet. The associate must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Frequently use safety equipment such as a hard hat and safety vest. Must be able to work in all weather conditions and can work weekends as well as Fridays and Mondays.

Position Summary

Duties & Responsibilities
Included but not limited to...
- Provides support to the Project Manager to promote and implement community outreach for local and governmental agencies.
- Attends and coordinates business and community meetings regarding construction activities, its impacts and intended mitigations.
- Maintains the tools that will systematically assess the effectiveness of the outreach methods and strategies.
- Assists in organizing and participates at community outreach activities to educate the broader community about the construction activities and projects.
- Canvasses homes and businesses to share important project information.
- Coordinate Outreach and Engagement activities using ESRI Workforce.
- Performs other job responsibilities as assigned.
- Two years of experience in community relations, public affairs, or related field.
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, business, marketing, or related field preferred; equivalent work experience will be considered.
- Fluency in oral and written communications in English is required.
- Bilingual Candidates preferred.
- Valid California Driver’s License Required.
