Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated Senior Litigation Attorney for either a Remote or hybrid full-time role based out of Santa Ana, CA. The ideal candidate is someone who is a seasoned and strategic litigator who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, enjoys mentoring junior attorneys, and takes pride in delivering high-quality legal work for institutional clients
In this role, you will manage and lead complex litigation cases, including drafting motions and briefs, conducting depositions, preparing for trials, and presenting oral arguments in federal and state courts. You will collaborate closely with clients, opposing counsel, and internal teams to provide exceptional legal representation and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and client requirements.
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and licensure to practice law in California (additional state licenses a plus).
- Prior experience in litigation involving creditors' rights, real estate, or bankruptcy law is highly desirable
- Commitment to upholding ethical legal practices and delivering client-focused solutions.
- Extensive experience with motions, legal briefs, pleadings, and other litigation-related documentation.
- Proven ability to manage cases in federal and state courts, including client representation during depositions, hearings, and trials.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Exceptional analytical, organizational, and time management skills, with a proven track record of successfully managing complex caseloads.
The compensation range for the role is $185 - $250k, depending on experience.
