Ghassemian Law Group, APC is looking for an enthusiastic, ready-to-learn Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to work at the office on a full-time basis. Office experience is required, specifically experience with Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel, and Dropbox. The successful applicant would have great communication skills and be great on the phone.

Compensation: $23 - $25 hourly (depending on experience)
Expected hours: Full-time, no more than 40 hours per week

Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients and provide a professional, courteous, and compassionate experience.
- Conduct detailed client intake interviews by gathering relevant information and accurately completing client intake forms.
- Obtain and document all necessary information from potential clients to ensure attorneys have complete and accurate information for case evaluations.
- Schedule consultations and appointments for attorneys as needed.
- Maintain accurate and organized intake records within the firm's CRM systems and internal databases.
- Follow up with prospective clients regarding requested documents, appointment confirmations, and other intake-related matters.
- Communicate effectively with attorneys and staff regarding new inquiries and potential client matters.
- Ensure all intake information is handled confidentially and in accordance with firm policies.
- Monitor incoming inquiries from phone calls, emails, website submissions, and other sources to ensure timely responses.
- Assist with onboarding new clients by preparing necessary documentation and ensuring all required information has been collected.
Qualifications:
- Some office experience is required.
- Familiarity with various components of the Microsoft Office Suite is a must.
