Key Responsibilities
- Provide email and text-based customer support (phones come later in training)
- Assist documentation staff with data entry and booking support
- Learn and work within our internal data entry and documentation systems
- Support daily shipment bookings to help increase overall volume
- Help prepare and manage shipping documentation as assigned
- Follow established compliance and operational procedures
- Initial focus on email/text support and data accuracy
- Gradual expansion into more independent documentation responsibilities
- Hands-on learning with real shipments and live operations
- Opportunity to grow into a critical backup role for documentation staff
- Experience with RORO and/or container shipping
- Experience with U.S. Customs and/or ACE filing
- Freight forwarding, logistics, or export documentation background
Required Qualifications
- Very strong computer skills and efficiency
- Comfortable working in Microsoft systems (Outlook, Excel, etc.)
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Able to follow procedures and handle multiple tasks daily
- Reliable, professional, and organized
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment

Salary : $45,000 - $50,000
