What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assistant Property Manager position at Ghan & Cooper Multifamily?
We at Ghan & Cooper Multifamily are currently looking to employee an Assistant Property Manager. Assistant Managers are responsible for assisting the Property Manager in effectively managing the assigned community.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly actives of tenants, collections, deposits and reporting
- Market & lease available units in accordance of fair housing laws
- Schedule/oversee the maintenance of vacant units
- Provide excellent customer service with residents
- Entering notices, leases, work orders, and traffic, etc...
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/ GED
- A minimum of two years of experience in property manager
- Microsoft Office and Property Management software knowledge
- Experience with AppFolio (preferred)
- Multi-tasking, problem solving, and organization skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $25.00 per hour
