What are the responsibilities and job description for the Cultivation Supervisor position at GH GROUP INC?
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

• Responsible for supervising and completing all tasks requested.
• Coordinate activities by scheduling work assignments, setting priorities, and directing employee work
• Determine the number of workers necessary to perform the required work, and schedule activities.
• Prepare all necessary materials in advance to complete weekly jobs and work closely with the maintenance department if all machinery equipment is working properly.
• Report back to growing team for any quality issues found on daily observations.
• Work with all teams to improve work efficiency and quality to reduce cost.
• Create maps of what is planted and deliver the information to the corresponding people so that they can be transferred in the METRC system
• Make sure that all plants are correctly labeled with the variety and harvest number
• Ensure that all green waste is weighed correctly and recorded in Trellis software.
• Track employee time on time clock system.
• Must have aptitude to carry out administrative tasks such as reports, etc.
• Use required PPE according to OSHA regulations
• Coordinate plant transfers to cultivation departments with logistic department.
• Create a safe work environment to avoid injuries to employees. Report any accident and incident reports to safety and HR departments.
