Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

· Maintain near-term forecast to align with budget.
· Help to solve problems relating to crop issues and how they relate to planning adjustments
· Communicate planning needs to all teams in the greenhouse
· Communicate changes in forecast to Crop Planning Manager
· Facilitate scheduled meetings with all Greenhouse teams for information needed to execute a solid plan.
· Help to maintain quality standards of greenhouse activities
· Use required PPE per OSHA regulations
· Perform other duties as assigned
