We’re looking for a Document Control Manager to own the controlled procedure library and training records that our quality management system runs on. Reporting to the Director of Operations, this role establishes and administers document control across cultivation, post-harvest, and quality operations, and builds the system that keeps procedures current, accessible, and verifiably trained.
The Document Control Manager will directly own the document control system and platform, the change control process, procedure authoring standards, and the training record system that evidences who is qualified to perform which procedure.
This is a builder role, and the foundation the rest of the quality system depends on — internal audit, corrective action, and certification all rest on controlled documents and current training records.
