Senior Project Manager – Multi-Family (Ground-Up Construction)

A well-established general contractor is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager – Multi-Family to lead a major ground-up construction project in Lafayette, Indiana.
About the Project:
This is a large-scale, ground-up, steel-framed mixed-use campus development, approximately 400 units. The project is set to break ground this September, so we're looking to have someone in place before then.
What You'll Need:
- Previous experience working for a General Contractor (GC-side experience required)
- A strong background in multi-family construction projects
- OR proven experience on sizable steel-frame commercial projects
- Strong working knowledge of Procore
- A confident, professional communicator who can easily liaise with Superintendents and field teams
