The capital markets team sits at the center of every major financing decision, working directly alongside executive leadership on some of the most complex and high-profile transactions in the sector.
The Role
This is a high-visibility Senior Manager role on the Capital Markets team, responsible for leading execution and strategic structuring of large-scale debt financings across the company's North American portfolio. You will own financial modeling, sizing, and credit analysis for data center financings — and partner closely with executive leadership, lenders, and internal development teams to optimize capital structure and support long-term growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead execution and structuring of large-scale debt financings including construction loans, ABS/CMBS, and holdco facilities
- Own financial modeling, sizing, and credit analysis for data center financings
- Synthesize market conditions, lender requirements, and asset-level performance into senior-level decision materials
- Partner with executive leadership, lenders, and internal development teams to optimize capital structure
- Maintain financial flexibility and support long-term growth across US data center assets
- Coordinate interest rate hedging and manage lender reporting requirements across active transactions
Qualifications
- 5–10 years of hands-on capital markets execution experience — project finance, structured debt, ABS/CMBS, or similar
- Background in infrastructure, real estate, digital infrastructure, or data centers strongly preferred
- Strong financial modeling skills; ability to build and manage complex debt models independently
- Experience working with lenders, legal teams, and internal stakeholders across the full transaction lifecycle
- Private equity infrastructure or investment banking background a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field; CFA or MBA a plus
