- Delivering robust management reporting, KPIs, and performance analysis across assets and regions
- Partnering closely with development, construction, and operations teams to track project performance and cost control
- Supporting board, lender, and investor reporting, including insights on utilisation, yield, and returns
- Driving improvements in financial systems, processes, and reporting infrastructure
- Building and leading the FP&A function as the platform scales

- Background in data centres, infrastructure, real estate development, energy, or similar sectors
- Ability to translate complex data into clear, decision-useful insight
- Strong stakeholder engagement — comfortable working with technical and non-finance teams
- Hands-on approach, with the ability to operate in a fast-paced, scaling environment
Backgrounds of interest include:
- Data centre or infrastructure platforms
- Real estate / development businesses
- Transaction services or investment banking (with strong modelling focus)
