We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Real Estate Development Coordinator to support our growing real estate development and project management operations. This position will work closely with management, consultants, contractors, architects, engineers, and external partners to assist with development projects from planning through execution.
The ideal candidate will have experience in real estate development, construction coordination, project management, property management, or related fields, and be comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities- Coordinate and support real estate development projects from planning through completion
- Assist with project scheduling, budgeting, documentation, and reporting
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, consultants, vendors, and local agencies
- Track project timelines, permits, invoices, contracts, approvals, and development milestones
- Assist with reviewing leases, contracts, proposals, and development-related documents
- Conduct market research, property research, and site analysis as needed
- Prepare presentations, reports, and project updates for management
- Maintain organized records of project files, communications, and approvals
- Support vendor coordination and follow-up to help ensure projects remain on schedule
- Assist with day-to-day operational and administrative tasks related to development activities
- 2–3 years of experience in real estate development, construction coordination, project management, property management, or related field
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in Real Estate, Business, Construction Management, Finance, or related field
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to manage deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience reviewing contracts, project documents, and development-related paperwork preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
- Experience with commercial, mixed-use, or residential development projects is a plus
- Experience with permitting, zoning, or entitlement processes
- Familiarity with project budgeting and invoice tracking
- Bilingual Mandarin Chinese language skills are a plus
