GH Advertising has a unique design position working exclusively with our client, UPMC. By joining the GH Advertising Design team, you will have the opportunity to work with one of the largest, highly awarded advertising agencies in Pittsburgh while supporting UPMC, a global leader committed to Life Changing Medicine. The Senior Graphic Designer will craft strong visual ideas that translate across a range of mediums, with a primary focus on print. While print design will be at the core of this role, the ideal candidate will also bring solid working knowledge of digital design and motion graphics, ensuring concepts can evolve fluidly into multi-channel campaigns. This role requires someone who leads with big ideas first—then adapts them into thoughtful, high-quality executions that elevate our brand and engage diverse audiences. This is a hybrid role located in downtown Pittsburgh at the UPMC Corporate Headquarters.
Requirements

- Creates engaging print materials such as brochures, posters, packaging, and event signage
- Designs high-quality visuals for marketing campaigns, including social media posts, email templates, web banners
- Manages multiple design projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives
- Develop creative concepts and execute high-quality designs across digital and print media
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing and communication materials
- Create custom illustrations for various projects, including infographics, editorial content, branding elements, and product visuals
Experience, skills, knowledge.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma) and other design tools
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and branding
- A keen eye for detail and a passion for design innovation
