As the FOH Shift Lead, you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth operations and exceptional customer experiences. Here’s what your day-to-day might look like:

- Lead by Example: Oversee FOH staff during shifts, ensuring top-notch service and teamwork.

- ️ Problem Solver: Handle customer inquiries and address any concerns with professionalism.

- Keep Things Running: Assist with scheduling, shift transitions, and maintaining an organized workspace.

- ️ Deliver Excellence: Uphold our standards for quality, cleanliness, and hospitality.

To thrive in this role, you’ll need:

- 1 year of experience in a similar role or in the restaurant/hospitality industry.

- Strong leadership and communication skills to motivate and guide your team.

- A proactive, can-do attitude with a knack for problem-solving.

- The ability to stay calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

- Background in catering
