What You’ll Do
- Generate leads by building relationships in your local neighborhoods (this is where the money is made)
- Foster lasting customer connections and cultivate a strong referral pipeline.
- Climb roofs or fly drones to inspect for storm damage (we’ll teach you exactly what to look for)
- Walk homeowners through the insurance claim process and close retail cash jobs
- Attend adjuster appointments and close the deal.
- Deliver world-class customer experiences from first contact to final payment
- Keep accurate records in our CRM (calls, inspections, sales, follow-ups)
- Attend ongoing trainings and team huddles to maintain a high level of product knowledge (the rest of your week is yours to produce)
- Crush monthly sales contests for extra cash and bragging rights
What You Need
- Strong communication — you can talk to anyone
- Reliable transportation valid driver’s license
- Smartphone that can take clear photos & videos
- Self-discipline and a burning desire to win
- Ability to work fast-paced, outdoor environments
- Sales experience is great… but attitude and coachability matter way more
