In this capacity, the successful candidate will be responsible for the following:
- Prepares the Project schedule based upon the project scope of work.
- Assemble, record, and transfer necessary data for schedule updating and report generation.
- Communicates with project team members and compiles data for these purposes.
- Assure continuity and consistency in required reports.
What You Will Bring To Our Firm
- Possess a related Associates Degree from an accredited college.
- Completed course studies in scheduling and possess knowledge of and the execution of scheduling best practices and produce periodic reports and matrices that record and track project progress.
- Having a credential in scheduling a plus (PMI, etc)
- Has knowledge and is proficient in the use of Primavera Project Planner (P6). Proficiency with MS Office.
- Has a minimum of 5 years of experience in the development and execution of complex project schedules.
- FDOT experience
- Highway/Roadway scheduling experience
- Can effectively communicate orally and in writing with team members.
- Can demonstrate the understanding, use, and functionality of scheduling terminology.
- Must work in clients offices
