Some Job Duties Include But Are Not Limited To
- Keep plant areas clean and organized, including washout and yard duties
- Load and unload materials as needed
- Assist with daily plant operations as needed
- Operate loader safely and efficiently
- Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and basic troubleshooting of equipment
- Support plant production goals while maintaining quality standards
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures
- Communicate effectively with plant personnel and drivers
- Get paid weekly!
- Hourly pay: $20/hr
- All training is paid, and we offer full benefits within 45 days of employment, or sooner

- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Valid driver’s license required
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions (heat, cold, rain, dust)
- Willingness to perform physically demanding labor (lifting, climbing, standing)
- Strong work ethic and dependability
- Prior operator experience preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Mechanical aptitude or equipment operation experience preferred
