- Safely operate concrete pumps to deliver concrete to construction sites.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of equipment, ensuring all safety protocols are followed.
- Maintain cleanliness and functionality of equipment, including minor repairs and troubleshooting.
- Coordinate with job site personnel to ensure proper placement and volume of concrete.
- Follow company safety policies and OSHA regulations at all times.
- Communicate effectively with the dispatch team and other crew members.
Valid CDL (Commercial Driver’s License) with a clean driving record.
- Experience operating concrete pumps or similar equipment is required.
- Strong knowledge of safety procedures and mechanical aptitude.
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and lift heavy objects as required.
